RENT $25.00 MONTHLY PER PET + DEPOSIT

  • Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats
  • The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet
  • Deposit amounts: $300 per pet
  • Pet deposits are non-refundable
  • Aggressive breeds of dogs and exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited. Aggressive breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.
